Randell is a 1984 graduate of North Texas State University (UNT) and immediately began his real estate with James M. Brown Partners as an intern.

He is now president of the company and, as its top producer, has been involved in transactions in almost every municipality in the Dallas – Ft. Worth area. He specializes in representing his clients with very personalized service by assisting not only in brokerage, but also property management, development, financing, and zoning entitlement.

Randell is a current member and past president of the North Texas Land Council and a current member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
